Shipping & Delivery

Getting your order to you should be the easy part. Here's how it works.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders — no thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once on their way, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Some pieces — including selected lighting and bathroom items — are made to order. These typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page.

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day. Where an item has a longer lead time, we'll always make that clear on the product page before you order.

Tracking your order
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

Larger orders
Some of our larger pieces ship in more than one parcel, and these can occasionally arrive on different days. If anything seems to be missing once everything has been delivered, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Delays outside our control
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but occasionally couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control cause a delay. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll chase it up.
